My Weekday Morning Routine

Hey cupcakes! :) Today I will be writing about my typical morning routine during the weekday! I hope you enjoy!!!!

  1. My alarm clock goes off at 6:45 AM (ugh)
  2. I make my way to the bathroom and do the usual: wash my face, brush my teeth, go to the bathroom, and brush my hair
  3. I then make my way back to my room and pick out my outfit for the day!
  4. After getting dressed, I do my makeup which consists of eyeliner, mascara, neutral eyeshadow, concealer, powder, and lip balm
  5. I then do my hair (either brush it again and leave it natural, curl it, or put it in a ponytail or updo)
  6. I pack my backpack and go downstairs
  7. I make myself a nutritious breakfast and fill up one of my tumblers with water
  8. I then pack my lunch (my favorite lunch is a pita with cheese on it!)
  9. Lastly, I grab all of my things and head out the door to drive to school!

I hope you enjoyed my morning routine! Comment below if you would like me to do a weekday night routine! Have a fabulous day! <3 :)

DIY Resin Jewelry - The Basics!

Hey cupcakes!! :) Today I will be teaching you how to make your own jewelry with resin! I recently began using resin after I got some for Christmas and it is super fun to use! The jewelry items you can make with resin are endless, and you can save money by making those jewelry pieces on your wishlist all by yourself!
These are just the VERY basic instructions for using resin, but trial and error is the best way to create wonderful pieces. :) embrace your creativity!!!!!!

Here is what you will need:

-Resin of some sort (I got EasyCast off of Amazon)

-Cup to mix it in
-Popsicle stick to mix it with
-Lighter or match
-Mold or bezels

1. Mix the resin and the hardener in the cup with the Popsicle stick according to the instructions for your resin! Each resin is different so be careful!!!!

2. Pour the resin into your mold (sprayed with Pam) or bezel.

3. If you are using a mold, the front of the jewelry item is on the BOTTOM, but if you use a bezel you are looking at the front. Fill with whatever you would like to complete the piece (stickers, glitter, trinkets, metal charms, paint colors, etc)

4. Swipe the flame of a lighter over the piece to get rid of bubbles.

5. Let it set for however long the instructions tell you. (EasyCast is 24 hours)

6. If in a mold, remove by putting in freezer for a few minutes and then pulling them out.

7. Attach a bail or eyepin with E-6000 glue to create the charm.

8. You can then enjoy the charm or dome the back by adding another batch of resin on the back of the charm. Enjoy!

What's in my Purse!

Hey cupcakes! Today I will be showing you guys what is in my purse! I've seen lots of YouTubers do this, so why not have some bloggers do it as well?
My purse is from the brand Rosetti, and it is a nice black cross body (LINK HERE). I'm not really one for designer handbags, so I like to purchases simple purses that will match almost any outfit. This one is especially nice because you can adjust the strap to be a cross body or just a normal purse.

What is in my purse:
  • My wallet (DUH) - it contains my license, debit card, gift cards, and money
  • Keys - My key chain contains my house key and my car key
  • Lip balm - I always need lip balm when I am on the go!
  • Mirror - for occasional makeup, hair, and teeth checks
  • Lotion - my hands get really dry (especially now since it is the winter) so this is very handy
  • Hand sanitizer - I always use this before I eat
  • Granola bar or other snack - I always bring a snack with me if I'm hungry on the go!
  • Feminine products - Just in case! :P
That is about it! What do you have in your purse? Comment below!
