My 5 Favorite Workout Videos

Hey cupcakes! Over the summer I am (usually) more motivated to work out, as I have more time to actually spend time doing so. If I am looking for something different to do compared to running, walking, or core, I love to find videos on YouTube for a workout. These are my top 5! :)

1. Cardio Kickboxing - This workout is great if you have always wanted to try kickboxing (because it doesn't require any equipment!). Got me sweating and was pretty fun too!

2. Beginner Barre - I am a big fan of barre workouts (where ballet and core are combined), so this is perfect for someone just getting started!

3. Boxing - This is a more intense cardio boxing workout, and it really gets the blood flowing!

4. Barre Sculpting - The first time I did this I basically died but this workout strenghtens literally all of your muscles!!!

5. Easy Pilates - If you like Pilates, this is for you! :)

  1. I love all of these! Thanks for sharing them. I'm a big fan of cardio boxing to work up a sweat, and I still do some workout routines from my dance days for muscle strengthening--very similar to that barre sculpting video.

  3. Youtube is a GREAT resource for workouts! I'm currently doing weights because I want to strengthen and define my muscles. I also workout during the day at the office gym so I don't want to sweat TOO much. I take a shower after, but I don't want to have to wash my hair, and it's not quite long enough to tie up yet.

  4. This is so helpful! Thanks for these suggestions! It's so hot in the summer that working out outside is such a hassle. I love the idea of being able to get a workout in indoors!
