What You Need:
-Your favorite type of pasta (I suggest buying it from the bulk bins!)
-Canned tuna (make sure to get it in a can so that you can recycle the metal and create less waste!)
-Plain Greek yogurt
-Onions, diced
-Olive oil
-Other vegetables, optional
-Salt and pepper to taste
What To Do:
1. Add some water into a saucepan and get it on the stove to boil.
2. While the water is heating up, saute your onions in a splash of olive oil. Add in any other vegetables you want, or just leave it at the onions. 🧅
3. After the water has started to boil, put in your noodles and let cook.
4. Pour the canned tuna in with the vegetables and turn to low; you just want to keep everything warm at this point!
5. When the noodles are finished cooking, drain them and add directly into the vegetable pan.
6. Mix in 2-4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (could be even more if you want it to be even more saucy).
7. Season with salt and pepper; serve out and enjoy!
